iSOS developed a bespoke Claris FileMaker database solution to complement Freckle Productions' existing strengths and support their growth ambitions. The system aimed to centralise their operations, provide real-time information, and offer advanced planning tools to supplement their expertise.

Advanced Venue Management: A comprehensive system for storing and accessing venue information, building on Freckle's existing relationships and knowledge. The system allows for marking venues as first choice, second choice, or confirmed, facilitating the tour planning process.
Tour Scheduling Enhancement: An intuitive interface for creating intricate tour scheduling, including performance times, rehearsal periods, setup times, and travel days. Offering increased flexibility and oversight.
Financial Insights: Integrated tools for estimating and recording sales information, providing deeper financial understanding.
Document Organisation: A centralised system for managing important documents such as tech specs, deal memos, and agreements. The Claris FileMakers containers were used to handle the file management allowing better control and centralisation of the documents.
Communication Tracking: Built-in system for logging all communications with venues, enhancing already strong relationships.

Google Maps API Integration: The tour scheduling feature utilises Claris FileMakers cURL functionality and the Google Maps API to calculate travel times between venues, aiding in logistical planning.
Print View Functionality: Users can generate a PDF of the entire tour schedule, which is useful for distributing information to the production team.
Historical Data Import: The system includes data from as far back as 2017, which was imported during the implementation. This provides Freckle Productions with valuable historical insights for planning future tours.
