What’s New in Claris Connect: Key Features and Fixes
Claris Connect has introduced a series of updates in recent months, each aimed at improving automation, integration, and usability for developers and businesses. Here’s a concise look at what’s new and how these enhancements can benefit your workflows.
February 2025, R1: Tracking Progress and Expanding Capabilities
The February R1 release brought a new “Steps ran / Total steps” column to the Flow History tab, making it easier to monitor flow execution and quickly identify issues. Webhooks now accept XML requests, broadening integration options. The HubSpot connector was updated to use the V3 Lists API, ensuring ongoing compatibility, and a new “Get contact lists” action was added. Improved error messages for Claris FileMaker Server connectors and minor user interface fixes rounded out this update.
February 2025, R2: Refining the Experience
The second February release focused on refining the user interface, making it more intuitive and visually appealing. For Claris FileMaker Server, the account connection dialog now always shows the Database option and lists available databases after authentication. Several issues were resolved, including layout field visibility and filter persistence in flow history, contributing to a smoother workflow experience.
March 2025, R1: Small Tweaks, Big Impact
March’s update introduced further usability improvements. Mosyle Manager users at the district level no longer need to enter a School ID when linking accounts, streamlining setup. Additional minor interface enhancements continued to improve the overall user experience.
April 2025, R1: New Utilities and Expanded Integration
April’s release brought powerful new features. The JSON utility now allows users to modify object properties in arrays, offering greater flexibility for data transformation. Google Sheets integration was expanded with new actions, and Mailparser gained a custom webhook trigger. The HTTP utility now supports plain text responses. Formstack authentication issues were fixed, and documentation was updated to reflect these enhancements.
Looking Ahead: Continuous Improvement
These updates reinforce Claris Connect’s commitment to usability and integration. With each release, the platform becomes more capable, empowering businesses to automate more complex processes and connect a growing range of services.
